FAQ

I’m about to hire a new employee, what should I consider?

There are no requirements for employment contracts to be in writing; they can also be made orally or through implied actions. However, as an employer, you have an obligation to provide information. But what does that actually entail? To get clarity on this and other questions, you can book a meeting with an employment law attorney on aLex. Our video meetings last only 30 minutes and cost 499 SEK.
